Back Snacks is Legacy Lee’s Summit’s ministry to the schools, families, and children in our community. Through the kindness of our volunteers and generous supporters, we assemble weekend snack bags filled with shelf-stable and ready-to-eat food, which helps ensure students return to school on Monday ready to learn.
Join our efforts to be the hands and feet of Jesus in our community by signing up to serve. Click the button above to contribute by donating items and packing our snack bags.
The Men’s Breakfast will empower you to grow in Christlikeness within the church. Whether you are new to Legacy or have been coming for a long time, join in a biblical community seeking to grow in faith, create new friendships, and have fun! We will meet downstairs at the Overland Park Campus from 8:00-9:30 AM for breakfast and a devotional time.
A $5 donation is suggested, but most importantly, we’d love to have you there! You can give online when you sign up.
Welcome to Austria and, more specifically, to beautiful Haus Edelweiss, home of TCM International! TCM’s mission is to develop Christian leaders for significant service through higher learning, and is staffed with professors who train these leaders from around the world, equipping them to make an impact in their home countries and regions. TCM’s vision is that every nation will have effective leaders of disciple-making movements impacting their churches, cultures, and countries for Christ.
Legacy began supporting TCM in the early 1970’s, making them our longest Global Missions partnership! Legacy supports TCM both financially and through service. Countless Legacy members have served at TCM, allowing the students and professors to focus on growing God’s kingdom through the educational opportunities at TCM. While serving at TCM, short term mission trip members stay busy as part of the kitchen crew, hospitality crew, or grounds crew. Most rewarding, however, is the opportunity to build relationships and pray with the students at TCM.
Please pray for the students at TCM as they continue to prepare for ministry in their home countries. Pray that the Lord would use them in BIG ways to make disciples and plant churches for His kingdom.
