“As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” –  Joshua 24:15

Ladies, join us for a powerful morning of worship, Bible study, and fellowship as we seek to build homes grounded in God’s Word. In a world full of distractions, we’ll focus on strengthening our families with the unshakable foundation of Scripture.

This special gathering will include:

  • A delicious brunch

  • Worship led by our team

  • A dynamic guest speaker

  • Engaging breakout sessions

  • Hands-on activities to take home

All women, middle school age and up, are invited. Childcare will be provided.

Guest Speaker:
Misty Hughes

Misty Hughes is an ICF-certified transformational life and leadership coach, Gallup Strengths Champion, and SYMBIS Facilitator with over two decades of experience helping women rediscover their God-given identity and step boldly into their next season. Known as a Dream Champion and Gratitude Guide, Misty empowers overwhelmed, spiritually disconnected, or stuck-in-survival-mode moms to live powerfully, lead with purpose, and love with passion—all while keeping Christ at the center. She’s the founder of Lead-Her Ministries, the voice behind the Mom2Mom Mentoring podcast, and a gifted speaker who leads transformative workshops and masterclasses for Kingdom-minded working moms across the country. When she’s not coaching, writing, or pouring into her discipleship group, you’ll likely find Misty adventuring with her husband Craig—snorkeling in the turquoise waters of Puerto Rico, watching the sunset from Piazzale Michelangelo in Florence, biking through vineyards in the Czech countryside, or savoring a quiet espresso on a Tuscan villa patio. Every journey reminds her of God’s beauty, grace, and the joy of fully living. Oh—and her favorite title, Grammy to six wildly wonderful kids.

Her life’s mission? To help women shine from the inside out—because when you shine, you give others permission to shine too.

Fall Retreat: Legacy Student Ministry

October 25-26 | 9-12 Grade | $60

Join us for Fall Retreat 2025 happening October 25–26. Open to all 8th–12th grade students, this weekend retreat costs $60 and is designed to equip students with the confidence, tools, and strategies to boldly share and defend their faith with their peers. Centered around the theme “Abide,” based on John 15:1–11, we’ll explore what it means to remain in Christ, and how that connection empowers us to make Him known to others.

Throughout the weekend, students will be tent-camping, experiencing a meaningful time of preaching, personal and guided Bible studies, student testimonials, small group conversations, and hands-on opportunities to practice sharing the gospel and their own stories. Legacy’s students will leave the retreat more rooted in Christ and more prepared to reflect His truth and love in their daily lives.

• Legacy’s student ministry will provide all tents and supplies needed for this weekend. Please see the packing list and schedule for more details.

When: Saturday mornings from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM
Location: Blue Valley Campus (Stadium Room)
Purpose: Aligns with Proverbs 27:17 Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another. We strive to connect, learn, and encourage one another to grow our faith and to share it with others.

What to Expect:

  • Saturday morning is opened up with a Prayer, a worship song, an ice breaker question or two, watch a 10-15 minute video, discuss video key point & bible verses from the video.
  • Break into smaller groups of 4-5 to dig deeper into the weekly topic, share what’s going on in lives, and end in prayer.
  • Each week a different volunteer facilitates the group, but there is no pressure to do so.
  • Typically, there are 15 to 20 men that attend.

If you have any questions on how to connect reach out to Don Lisa.
