BUILD AND SERVE
Legacy Christian Church is heading to San Raymundo, Guatemala, from June 8 to June 13, 2025, in partnership with Casas por Cristo. Our mission is to share the love of Jesus by building a house for a family in need, chosen by a local pastor. In one week, we will build a home from start to finish and participate in a dedication ceremony, presenting the family with a Bible and keys to their new home — an impactful experience for all involved. On our final day, we’ll visit Antigua, known for its beautiful architecture and rich history.

Interested in going to Guatemala with a Legacy Team?
In partnership with Casas por Cristo, Legacy Christian Church participates in an annual short-term trip to San Raymundo, Guatemala. Our mission is to share the love of Jesus by building a house for a family in need, chosen by a local pastor. In six days, we travel to San Raymundo, build a simple home from start to finish, foundation to rooftop, and participate in a dedication ceremony.
Speaking a blessing over the family and presenting them with a Bible and keys to their new home is the an incredibly impactful experience for all involved. On our final day, we will experience a fun excursion, like visiting the ancient city of Antigua, or exploring the Mayan ruins.
Please note: Applicants must be 16 years or older OR if under 18, a parent or guardian must accompany you. Participants must have a valid passport that does not expire until at least six months after the trip’s arrival date.
