Our onsite weekend worship services are structured with social distancing in mind to allow you to have a touchless and sanitary experience. We have worked diligently to create a plan using guidance from the CDC. We are so excited and confident about returning to our buildings in phases!
•Open seating starts on July 5! You no longer need to reserve a seat!
•All parties will need to keep three chair spaces in between their group and the next group! Small parties of 1-2 people are encouraged to sit in the aisles to maximize seating in each worship center!
•We encourage everyone to maintain 6 feet of physical distance while navigating through both the parking lot and the building.
•Temperature check stations will be at each campus and are mandatory for entry into the building.
•You will find friendly volunteers wearing masks. There are some who will be wearing gloves. Everyone is prepared to help create an amazing worship experience for you!
•All Kindergarten-5th graders are invited to participate in Kid’s programming onsite starting June 28!
•You can check your child(ren) in at one of our Kids Check-In stations! Volunteers wearing masks and gloves will help you!
•Kids will participate in exciting worship, engaging lessons, small groups, and kid-friendly activities all from inside of a hula hoop so they can social distance in a fun way! All elementary kids will check in/out at one location!
• All elementary kids will check in/out at one location!
•Kids, don’t forget your Bibles!
•A friendly volunteer will scan your wrist for a quick temperature check using a non-contact, digital thermometer! We want you to worship knowing that everyone in the room around you is fever free!
•Our desire is for you to worship with us at your discretion. The COVID-19 journey is new for all of us, and we are grateful you chose to worship at one of our campuses!
•Please bring your own hand sanitizer.
•Wearing a mask and/or a cloth face covering is encouraged.
•Exterior doors will be propped or held open for you to enter without touching a handle.
•A volunteer wearing a mask and gloves will distribute a pre-packaged communion set to everyone in attendance who has accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
•At this time, we are not offering coffee or food.
•Please use your mobile device to “Tell Us You’re Here.”
•There will be a time of worshiping through song, taking the communion elements together, and a practical, biblical message in the presence of community!
•For sermon notes, use your mobile device or print them out ahead of time (don’t forget your pen!).
•Children’s programming for elementary ages will start June 28! For families who plan to sit in the worship center, we do ask that you please be sensitive to those around you and relocate to one of our family friendly areas if your child becomes disruptive during service. More Legacy Kids resources below!
•Please remain seated at the end of the service. Everyone will be gradually dismissed in order to help maintain proper social distancing.
•Engage in building community in the parking lots! It is necessary for everyone to exit the building immediately after dismissal in order to allow time for cleaning teams to sanitize all chairs and touch points.
•Print out a Joshua-themed Emme and Belle™ coloring book for your child to color through if they attend service with you. Bring your own print-out and crayons.
•Be flexible! We are confident in our plans, but are committed to making the necessary adjustments to improve our worship experience each weekend.
Kids Ministry starts on June 28 for Kindergarten through 5th graders! Sunday school for 6th-8th graders will also begin on this date!
