HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training

May 31 – June 30  |  Mondays & Wednesdays  |  9-10 AM  |  OP Campus

Legacy women are invited to HIIT mornings. Participants must be at least 8 years of age and up. Ages 8 years to middle school must be accompanied with a parent. Be challenged with fitness exercises intended to strengthen and tone muscles, burn unwanted calories, and increase energy. FREE classes will be led by Alethea Palecki and offered twice a week. 

Need a push or friendly accountability?  Invite family and friends to come along so everyone reaps the benefits.  This is a women’s only event held in a safe, no judgement atmosphere. Please bring a workout mat and water bottle.

** Classes will take place outside unless there is inclement weather.  In that case, classes will move inside and COVID-19 protocols followed. When outside, we will socially distance, but mask will not be mandatory.
