Stretch, balance, f l o w

This is a class all women can enjoy, whether you’re new to stretch or have been practicing for years! Full of heart and joy, this classic flow class takes its time and sneaks in that little bit extra we all need to feel strong and balanced. Sequences are well designed. Modifications are always offered and there is space for rest at the right times. Bring your own mat and water bottle!
