LEAP = Legacy Event, Activity, or Project
'A' level = All campuses, church-wide (ex. Stewardship Banquet)
'B' level = All campuses, ministry-specific (ex. Kids Week, Women's Retreat)
'C' level = One campus, campus-wide (ex. campus BBQ)
'D' level = One campus, ministry-specific (ex. campus women's event, leadership development)
